Shipping & Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Items purchases with cash or credit card will be refunded. Purchases through Sezzle will be refunded by issuing a store credit in the form of a gift card. Returned items must be in original condition and packaging with all tags to receive a refund, exchange, or store credit gift card. If you need to return an item, simply contact Kimboze at firstname.lastname@example.org and request a return authorization and return label.
The item must be in original condition and mailed in a protective outer box. Please include a copy of the packing slip with instructions for exchange or refund. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.Shipping Information
Shipping is free both ways on domestic orders over $50. On orders under $50 shipping will be paid by customer. Kimboze Boutique orders are shipped from our warehouse located at 400 N. Main in Lone Star, Texas. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. We will use the shipping carrier that provides the most efficient and cost effective delivery for your items. We typically ship by USPS Priority or UPS Ground depending on your location.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world but shipping isn't free on international orders. Note that there are restrictions on some products and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
